Where will the Show be held?

Parking is complimentary at the Hickory Metro Convention Center.  Directions from the closest Airports to Hickory Metro Convention Center are below.

From Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport

From airport, take I-85 South toward Gastonia.
Take exit 17, US-321, toward Lincolnton/Gastonia.
Follow US-321 North.
Take exit 43A, I-40, toward Statesville.
Take exit 125 to Hickory Metro Convention Center.
 

From Charlotte Douglas International Airport

From airport, take I-485 South towards Huntersville.
Take exit for NC-16 towards Newton.
Turn right at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet and continue on NC-16.
Take I-40 West towards Hickory.
Take exit 125 to Hickory Metro Convention Center.

What is the Cost to Exhibit in the Show?

Exhibitors are able to take advantage of an excellent booth package that is designed to provide a cost-effective environment to display your products or services.

Price includes pipe & drape on back (8’ high) and sides (3’ high), material handling, company name sign, wastebasket, directory listing, daily booth cleaning & booth personnel badges.

Exhibitors also have access to several marketing tools to connect with customers and prospects they wish to see at the show, including unlimited complimentary registration codes you can provide to your customers and prospects.

What is Included in the Exhibit Booth Package?

Exhibit Booth Packages include:

  • 8’ high Pipe & Drape on the back wall, and 3’ high Pipe & Drape on the sides.
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Company Name ID Sign
  • Nightly booth cleaning and wastebasket
  • Online and onsite exhibitor directory listings
  • Booth personnel badges

  • Unlimited complimentary registration codes for qualified attendees

How Many Exhibitor Badges are Included with Booth?

Exhibiting companies are provided with all the complimentary badges they need for their company personnel working in their booth at the show.

Exhibiting companies are also provided with invitation codes they can provide to their customers or prospects that allow qualified attendees to register for free to attend the show.

How do Exhibitors Invite Customers to the Show?

The Exhibitor eZone is where you enter your company's information (logo, description, and social media links) for your online exhibitor listing.

There are also promotional web banners and a PDF invitation available for your company to utilize in promoting your presence at the event as well as the opportunity to list New Products and Media Releases that will be heavily marketed to all attendees both before and at the show.

Our Exhibitors are partners in attracting the right audience to make the show successful!

You should have received an email from our partner at Feathr; email address is partners@feathr.co; subject line: Your Exhibit Promotional Tools!

The email contains access to your promotional, custom-built dashboard containing a set of marketing tools as well as your unique promo code which grants free registration for clients and prospects to help promote your presence. Your custom dashboard contains a co-branded landing page, personalized email invite, and referral banners.

How do Exhibitors Order Extra Services and Furnishings?

The Online Exhibitor Show Services Site is now available and provides you with important show information such as rules and regulations, deadlines, booth furnishings, electrical, lead retrieval and much more.

How do Exhibitors Order Lead Retrieval Unit?

Exhibitors are able to rent lead retrieval systems from our registration company, which enables them to easily collect data on attendees in their booth who agree to let them scan their badges.

How do Exhibitors Ship Booth Materials to the Show?

Exhibiting companies should ship their materials to the Advance Warehouse when possible, as this will ensure that the materials are delivered to their booths at the start of set-up. Advance Warehouse deliveries should not arrive before May 13, and should not arrive later than June 4.

If exhibitors are unable to ship far enough in advance to ship to the Advance Warehouse then they need to ship directly to the Hickory Metro Convention Center for delivery ONLY on June 10 - 12, any shipments delivered prior to June 10 will be turned away as our General Services Contractor setting up the show will not be at the building to receive any shipments.

Is WiFi Available in the Exhibit Hall?

WiFi access must be purchased from the Hickory Metro Convention Center Services and can be ordered in advance at a discount or purchased onsite.

Are Attendee Lists Available to Exhibitors?

Due to the many data protection laws in place across the many countries and states we serve, as well as the privacy we promise our customers, we are unable to provide attendee lists.

You are able to rent lead retrieval systems from our registration company, which enables you to easily collect data on attendees in your booth who agree to let you scan their badges.

Please Note:  Show Management never sells our attendee data, so if you are approached by any companies claiming to be able to sell you our attendee data, pretending to be show management, they are criminal enterprises trying to steal your money, under no circumstances should you respond to these solicitations

What Hotel Room Rates are there for Exhibitors?

The show has made arrangements with a number of hotels within close proximity to the Hickory Metro Convention Center, which have special discounted rates available for attendees and exhibitors participating in the show.

All sessions over the two-day event are included at no cost with attendee registration.

Can Exhibitors Submit Topics or Presentations for the Conference Program?

Exhibiting companies are welcome to submit ideas and presentations to show management for consideration by the content planning team. Content that is considered too sales orientated or focused on promoting the company’s own products or services will not be considered for inclusion.

Can we just Walk the Show?

Suppliers must be exhibitors in the show to participate. Non-Exhibiting Suppliers are not allowed to attend the show.
