Wintech builds premium CNC machines for shaping foam.  Wintech pioneered the Dual Oscillating Blade machine in the 1990's.  With a Horizontal Axis and a Vertical Axis this is Two Machines In One, thus saving factory space.. 

This machine has been designed for medium to small batch producers and thus perfect for the Furniture Industry, where you don't need 1000's off.

These machines can cut 2D and 3D shapes in flexible Polyurethane.  They also cut rebonded PU.  With special blades Polyester Fiber - Dacron can also be shaped.
